Knee osteoarthritis (OA), also known as degenerative joint disease of the knee, reduces the synovial fluid in joint, is typically the result of wear and
tear and progressive loss of articular cartilage . It is most common in the
elderly
Treatment Offered:
Hyaluronic acid injection is used to treat knee pain caused by osteoarthritis (OA). It is similar to a substance that occurs naturally in the joints in a form of gel. It works by acting like a lubricant and shock absorber in the joints and helps the joints to work properly.
Then further treatment continue by series of physiotherapy session .

CIRCUMCISION
Circumcision is a procedure to remove the foreskin covering the head of the penis under
local anesthesia.

Benefits:
- Easier hygiene for the penis
- Reduced risk of urinary tract infections (UTIs)
- Lower risk of sexually transmitted infections.
- Prevention of issues like phimosis, where the foreskin is difficult or impossible to retract.

INGROWING TOENAIL SURGERY
Ingrown toenails occur when the edge of the nail is damaged, causing it to curve downward
and dig into the skin, leading to pain, swelling, redness, and drainage.
Treatment Offered:
Surgical removal under local anesthesia involves excising a small portion of the nail’s side
and destroying the underlying nail matrix. The toe is numb, and the nail is trimmed to create a
straight edge.
LUMP & BUMP SURGICAL REMOVAL
Lumps and bumps are localized swollen areas on or under the skin, which
can be caused by injury, tumors, infections, or trauma. Skin bumps can
also result from viral infections like warts and molluscum, as well as lumps
due to blocked glands (cysts) or fatty lumps (lipomas).

Treatment Offered:
A surgeon will remove the lump under local anesthesia. The wound will be
closed with stitches, and the type of stitches will vary depending on the
type of lump removed.

INCISION AND DRAINAGE
Incision and drainage (I&D) is the primary treatment for skin and soft tissue abscesses.
Most patients with abscesses require I&D, as antibiotic therapy alone is often
insufficient.
Treatment Offered:
A incision is made directly over the center of the abscess to allow pus to be drained.
Manual expression may also be used to facilitate the drainage of pus. This procedure is
performed under local anesthesia.
