After delivery, it is important for the mother to practice family planning. Birth control isn’t just about limiting how many children you have; it’s about planning safe births for mothers and babies. With proper spacing between births, mothers can focus better on each child, promoting healthier development. This approach also lowers the risk of complications during pregnancy and childbirth. Beside that, the family also can manage financial issue properly before planning on getting the next child.
